In the Laakhaven quarter, Bond Development – together with MyB and the Ten Brinke Group – is developing living plan The Stage on the Verheeskade, on the corner of the Lulofsstraat. The Stage has two new residential towers, which are connected by means of a city-style plinth, and are bordered by gardens and terraces. Here, you will also find public facilities, such as hotels and restaurants, gyms, fitness centres and office space.
