Starting signal Waldorp Four approaching

The request for a permit to start constructing the Hague residential towers Waldorp Four is in its final stages. Bond Development expects to obtain all the required documents sometime this summer.

Waldorp Four on Waldorpstraat will become a defining feature of the new construction activities in The Hague. It will include approximately 800 homes, located in three high and one lower residential tower. Bond is developing these towers for a diverse range of target groups. Besides homes, the multifunctional building will have a lively, commercial plinth, terraces full of greenery, and parking facilities.

Waldorp Four will arise on as-yet vacant land in the Laakhaven quarter. On 15 February of this year, the city council approved the change in zoning plans. Once the environmental procedures have been completed, Bond hopes to start construction after the summer.
