Ten Brinke Mybond buys Verheeskade 105-197, The Hague
News release real estate market
Züblin has sold 22,000 m2 of commercial space with an underground parking garage and parking deck on Verheeskade 105-197, in The Hague’s Laakhaven quarter, to Bond Development in collaboration with Ten Brinke and Myb.
The building that houses renters such as KIN and Sportcity will be partially transformed and expanded upon with two residential towers. In total, 880 homes will be built, both for sale and for lease.
Ten Brinke MyBond took over the building in November 2018.
With this purchase, Bond Development has considerably expanded upon its position in the Laakhaven quarter. The project is a stone’s throw away from Waldorp Four, where Bond is developing approximately 800 homes.
