Waldorp sold to IC Nederland, construction starts this December
IC Netherlands buys Waldorp Four Den Haag
On a relatively modest area in The Hague’s Laakhaven quarter, approximately 1,200 new homes are being built, clustered into four appealingly-designed residential towers. This is the Waldorp Four plan. Investor-developer International Campus Netherlands, which is specialised in student and young adult housing, bought this location and its plan from Bond Development in mid 2019. In order to have it optimally meet the needs of this target group, the design is currently under adjustment. Construction is expected to start this year.
